My background is genuinely mixed: healthcare across hospitals and community settings, twenty years running an IT business, teaching student nurses in clinical settings. None of it was a straight line to running tours in a rainforest. But it gave me something useful. I know how to stay calm when things don't go to plan, build systems that work, and recognise the difference between someone who genuinely knows their subject and someone who doesn't.

I came to the Wet Tropics and fell in love with it. Kuranda Tours & Transfers is an Accredited Operator because we wanted to do this seriously, not casually.
